Alexander and Friedrich are standing at the stable.
Inside an enclosure there are a bunch of piglets.
Friedrich had removed the ties, so Alexander could follow him.
Now it's their task to kill some of them.
Maybe three should be enough for now.
Alexander doesn't seem satisfied.
Friedrich hands a knife to Alexander, Alexander takes it.
Alexander reluctantly enters the enclosure and bends down to grab a piglet.
It's more difficult than he thought. They all run away.
But after a few tries, he gets one.
He leaves the enclosure and sits down.
Friedrich hands him a bucket.
The piglet seems pretty cute to him now.
He never thought of them to be cute, but now he holds one in his hands.
Alexander starts to like the piglet.
It moves and even looks at him.
He's scared of killing now.
Friedrich also gets himself a piglet, then takes a bucket and immediately cuts its throat without hesitating.
The cute innocent piglet didn't expect anything, and then it just dies.
The blood is flowing into his bucket.
And soon the cute piglet is lying dead in his arms.
Alexander is almost getting mad now, but he knew that was going to happen.
He even wanted it himself.
Alexander holds his knife at the throat of his little piglet.
But he hesitates to cut it.
Friedrich laughs.
Then Alexander immediately pierces his knife deep into the throat of the piglet and slices it.
Most of the blood spurts on his clothes first.
But then he is able to put the bucket in the correct place to make it flow into the bucket.
Alexander is so busy worrying about the blood, he only realizes the piglet being dead, when the blood stops flowing.
Alexander is kind of sad now. It all went so fast.
A few seconds ago it was still moving, now it's just lying there motionless.
He just killed it. It's dead.
But it's good how it is.
Friedrich has already put his own dead piglet aside by now.
Friedrich, sitting next to Alexander now, pulls him toward him, making him lie down on his lap.
Then he holds the knife at his throat.
Friedrich giggles.
Alexander isn't completely averse to the idea.
The thought of Friedrich doing it for real is really intriguing.
But honestly it would be too fast to him.
He wants it to be a real excperience.
Friedrich puts the knife away and just strokes his head.
Alexander is happy.
This time Alexander doesn't hesitate that much.
He doesn't even try to enjoy it. He just wants to be done and leave again.
Having a sleepover will be more fun after all.
Alexander always wanted to help his friend Friedrich, the son of a butcher, with slaughtering.
He's really into that.
But when he has to do it for real, he hesitates.
